Setup time varies depending on how many employees you have, what time of year you get started, and your previous payroll method. For most clients we can set up an account in just a few hours.

Setup for electronic services such as direct deposit and federal and state tax payments and filings can take up to 7–10 days. We encourage you to submit the authorization form to us as soon as possible to expedite the process.

Yes, you can switch to 3 Click Payroll from any other payroll solution at any time of the year. If you had already paid wages to employees any time during the calendar year, we'll ask you to provide us with the year-to-date payroll information. That way, your withholding calculations, tax payments, form filings and W-2s will be accurate.
Our service is designed for small businesses that have 1-150 employees. The service is ideal for both businesses as well as non-profit employers. 3 Click Payroll is available in all 50 states and Washington D.C. and works for all industry types except agricultural-based businesses.
We have state of the art security. 3 Click Payroll takes great care to design and maintain technology and procedures to protect your information. The first time you use the service, you create your own unique User ID and password to access your account. In addition, we encrypt all transmissions and protect them with 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (®®®) technology.

PAYING EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS

The easiest and safest way to pay employees is to take advantage of our free direct deposit service.

For employee records, it creates professional pay stubs you can print. Even better, you can setup employee access, so that on payday, 3CP will automatically send employees an email letting them know they have a pay stub available. Employees sign into a secure website to view and print their pay stubs online.
You can print paychecks from your computer using blank or pre-printed computer check stock. 3CP works with three-part voucher checks with the check on the top third of the page, and the stub on the bottom two thirds of the page.

You can also hand write checks on your current check stock and print pay stubs using plain printer paper.
Yes, 3CP lets you pay 1099 contractors using the same payment features available for employee payments, including free direct deposit at NO EXTRA COST.

PAYING AND FILING TAXES

We will issue your W-2 forms at the end of the year also we will submit the W-2s electronically to Social Security Administration.
Yes, we will electronically file all annual and quarterly federal forms and submit all your tax payments, on time, accurately!
3CP helps you with all your state payroll tax needs. we will electronically file most state tax forms and state tax payments electronically. If electronic form filing is not available for your state, 3CP will provide signature-ready completed forms for you to sign and mail. When an original form is required, 3CP provides a worksheet with all the numbers you need.
We have a taxes paid and filed guarantee: if you receive a notice from the IRS, or any other tax agency, based on a filing that 3CP made, we’ll work with the agency to help resolve the issue on your behalf.  If we’re at fault, we’ll pay all the associated penalties and fines.

PRICING AND BILLING

We had designed transparent pricing for all our clients, we have $39 Base fee + $5 per employee per month with unlimited pay runs in a month, it also includes filing and form processing for the client's primary state. Additional state support costs $25 per state.
Absolutely No! You can run payroll as often as you want, and it won't increase your monthly fee. Direct deposit, 940, 941, W-2 and state forms, electronic services, and customer support are also included at no extra charge.
3CP will bill you on the fifth day of each month, fees will be debited directly from your bank account.
There is no contract, or anything additional to buy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel at any time by giving 30 days written notice.
3CP has features you won't find elsewhere, such as email reminders, free direct deposit, our employee website for accessing pay stubs and payroll history, electronic federal tax payments and filings, and electronic state tax payments and filings. What's more, we maintain all tax tables and forms, so you never have to worry about updates.
3CP does all the tedious, time-consuming payroll work, yet it keeps you in full control. You process payday, tax payments and tax filings on your schedule, at your convenience. For tax payments, the money stays in your account until you tell us to send the payment. Even better, it is significantly less costly than other online payroll services.

Our most common employer reports are Tax Liability, Tax and Wage Summary, Total Pay, Tax Payments, Workers’ Compensation, Vacation and Sick Leave, Billing Summary, Total Cost, Retirement Plans.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

We make it easy for you to pay workers' compensation insurance premiums. Pay workers' comp premiums automatically each payday with our Pay-As-You-Go service powered by AP Intego. Each payment is based on your actual payroll.
